With two young children, Amy's current travel options are pretty limited. These days just getting out on the water boating with her family is considered an adventure.
But that hasn't always been the case. She's traveled across much of Europe and the United States. When the opportunity to take a law school course in South Africa arose, Amy went for it. With her sister, she spent two and a half months studying, traveling to various game reserves, and camping in the Okavanogo Delta in Botswana.
