Daniel W. Hayes
"Bringing my son into the world is my favorite memory."
From playing golf on The Old Course at St. Andrews, Scotland, to marrying his wife at a hacienda in Seville, Spain, to exploring the Rock of Gibraltar with his bride, Daniel Hayes has some impressive experiences in his memory bank. But when asked about his favorite, he names the birth of his son without hesitation.
When not at work, Daniel's quick to tell you that hanging out with his wife and three- year- old son, Davis, is at the top of his "To Do" list. And to Daniel, just doing everyday "daddy stuff" is a thrill. Daniel's wife is a fellow law school classmate and practicing attorney, so balancing work and family is a top priority.
Daniel particularly loves reading bedtime books to Davis, like his current favorite "Sam and the Firefly" by P.D. Eastman, or taking a run/stroll together on Columbia's Congaree Riverwalk. That is what fatherhood is all about.
