B. Gibbs Leaphart Jr.

As bass guitarist for 5 Way Friday, Gibbs Leaphart traveled the Southeast with the band in the seven years following his college graduation. During these years, he embraced life as a starving artist and worked at a multitude of part-time jobs. Gibbs was a janitor, telemarketer, interior landscaper, bartender, mystery shopper—you name it; he did it.
These days, instead of living the life of a starving artist, Gibbs enjoys the fast-paced legal world. When he's not busy at work, he can be found spending time with his wife and two dogs, cheering on his beloved Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs, or growing tomatoes, hot peppers, and herbs in his garden.
