Cal Watson Re-Elected to South Carolina Bar House of Delegates
Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC partner Cal Watson has been re-elected to the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates, a position he has held since 1998. The House of Delegates serves as the policy-making body for the South Carolina Bar’s 11,500 members.
Cal has held several leadership positions within the South Carolina Bar, including President-Elect of the South Carolina Bar Foundation, former member of the Board of Governors, former president of the Young Lawyers Division, and member of the Editorial Board of South Carolina Lawyer Magazine.
Mr. Watson concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and professional negligence. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
