| Sowell Gray Lawyers Write Workers’ Comp Resource |
Sowell Gray announces the publication of the third edition of The Law of Workers’ Compensation Insurance in South Carolina, written by firm attorneys Grady L. Beard, Shannon Till Poteat, and Marcy Johnson Lamar, along with Vernon R. Sumwalt, Jr. of Mark T. Sumwalt, P.A., of Charlotte. The original edition of the book has served as the preeminent resource on the complex legal issues associated with workers’ compensation in South Carolina. This new edition offers a new chapter on Medicare, a new comprehensive index and up-to-date information as of spring of 2003.
Beard, Poteat and Lamar practice in the Workers’ Compensation area at Sowell Gray. Beard and Poteat were authors of the second edition and its supplement, and Lamar contributed to the second edition while in law school and co-authored the second edition supplement.
